ParQ Wish is an independent, fan-made app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to The Walt Disney Company, Disney Parks, Disneyland Resort, Disney California Adventure, Downtown Disney, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.
All park names, ride names, character names, attraction names, show names, and related properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of The Walt Disney Company and its affiliates. Their use in ParQ Wish is for descriptive, non-commercial fan purposes only.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use ParQ Wish for your own personal, non-commercial trip planning purposes. This licence does not include the right to:
Trip data, wish lists, packing lists, photos, notes, and GPS trails you create with ParQ Wish are yours. We do not claim ownership of any content you generate. Because all data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for your own backups. We cannot recover data lost due to device failure, app deletion, or browser storage clearance.
Park data — including wait times, showtimes, dining hours, operating status, and shop information — is sourced from public third-party APIs and fan-contributed data. We make no guarantees about its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Ride closures, show cancellations, schedule changes, and price updates happen without notice and may not be reflected in the app.
Always verify critical information with official Disneyland Resort sources (disneyland.disney.go.com) before purchasing tickets, making reservations, or planning travel.
ParQ Wish Pal offers an optional Pro subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. The following terms apply:
The web app (parqwish.com) is free to use and has no subscription.
You agree not to use ParQ Wish to:
ParQ Wish relies on third-party services including Apple's App Store, RevenueCat (subscription management), Google Firebase (park data hosting), and ThemeParks.wiki (live park data). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
ParQ Wish is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We are not responsible for missed Lightning Lane windows, cancelled reservations, ride closures, schedule changes, or any other outcome arising from reliance on information provided by the app.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, lost profits, or trip disappointment — arising from your use or inability to use ParQ Wish, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for a Pro subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time without notice. We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
